1. First, simply clean the surface of the gap, and align the seam paper tape with the gap between the two gypsum boards. Paste the paper tape on the inner corner of the folded seam. Use a trowel to apply the gypsum caulking paste on the paper tape. After removing the dust and determining the position, affix a layer of seam paper tape for reinforcement.

2. Press the seam paper tape and stick it firmly to the gypsum board. Use a spatula to evenly apply the gypsum caulking paste on the surface of the seam paper tape. Make sure it is fully coated without any omissions, and then scrape off the excess. of plaster caulking paste.

3. Use a trowel to apply a second layer of joint paste, just five centimeters longer on both sides than the first. After the joint paste dries, sand it smooth with fine sandpaper.

4. Apply gypsum caulking paste on both sides of the inner corner. Keep the amount even. Then fold the seam paper tape in half and stick it into the inner corner so that the paper tape sticks tightly to the gypsum caulking. Just put it inside.

Some things should be paid attention to when applying the bandage

1. After the bandage is applied, it is best to apply a layer of anti-cracking tape to prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction. If the top surface is cracked, be careful not to use air bubbles when pasting. Use a scraper to remove air bubbles while pasting, so that the tape and gypsum board can fit tightly.

2. It is best to use anti-rust nail hole putty to treat the nail holes on the gypsum board, or replace it with cement, so that the nails on the gypsum board will not rust and the gypsum board will last longer. Beautiful.
