How to make baked pudding in the oven
Super simple custard pudding

Ingredients

Eggs 4

Milk 500g

Sugar 80g

Vanilla extract a few drops (no can not be put)

Super simple custard pudding (oven version) of the practice:

Prepare the ingredients, the raisins first to take water to soak for about 10 minutes. Soak the raisins in water for about 10 minutes.

Pour the milk and sugar into a bowl, heat over water and stir constantly until the sugar melts, then cool the milk until it is not hot. (If you're replacing the sugar with powdered sugar, you can skip the heating step and just whisk to combine.)

Pour the eggs into the milk and mix well with a whisk to make the pudding mixture.

Sift the pudding mixture 2-3 times. Add a few drops of vanilla extract to the sifted pudding mixture and let it sit for half an hour. (This is very important! Don't be in a hurry to be lazy!)

Add 3-5 soaked raisins to the bottom of the pudding bottle and pour in the rested pudding mixture.

Cover the top of the pudding bottle with tinfoil, so that the surface of the baked pudding is tender and smooth. Bake in the oven in a water bath at 165 degrees for 35 minutes. (Be sure to fill the baking dish with water!)

After cooling, put a few raisins on the surface, into the refrigerator for better flavor!
