One steak, 150g to 200g
1 small box butter, about 5g to 10g
Seasoning
1 tsp mixed herbs, optional
1 tsp cayenne pepper
A pinch of peppercorns, a very small pinch in the thumb of the forefinger
1/2 tsp salt
