How to make the meat sauce version of Mapo Tofu?
Cut the tofu into small pieces, smash the garlic and ginger, and chop into powder .
Heat a little oil in a wok, add minced garlic, ginger and dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the meat sauce and chili sauce and continue to stir-fry.
