The annual average temperature is 9℃, and the ambient air quality is better than the national second-class level all year round. The forest coverage rate of the city is 66%, the annual precipitation is 800-1200mm, there are more than a thousand surface runoff, there are 57 reservoirs, and the per capita water volume is 1.5 times that of the national per capita water volume. The coastline is126km long and the beach is 328km2.
