Lotus root 400g egg 1 2 scallions 1 small piece of ginger flour 500g cooking oil (40g) 1 tsp soy sauce 0.5 tsp fine salt 1 tsp sugar 0.5 tsp monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Practice
1. Wash the lotus root and peel off the skin, cut off the knots, cut it with a knife and put it in a bowl, add the egg, salt, MSG, flour, scallions and ginger, mix well into the filling.
Note
They are crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Cut the lotus root quickly to prevent oxidization of the root black.
