It is rich in protein, starch, pectin, cellulose, amino acids, vitamins and various minerals, as well as selenium and anthocyanins. Purple sweet potato is rich in nutrition and has special health care function, in which protein amino acids are easily digested and absorbed by human body.
Ingredients: purple potato, flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar and water.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Wash and slice the purple potato, and steam it in the pot. This is steamed purple potato.
Step 2: Peel the steamed purple sweet potato and press it into mud.
Step 3, add flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar and water.
Step four, stir the dough for ten minutes.
Step 5: Proofing the dough.
Step six, roll it into a rectangular sheet.
Step 7, brush a layer of oil.
Step 8, roll up from one side as shown in the figure.
Step 9: Roll into long strips.
Step 10, cut into small pieces.
