Spare ribs clear soup hot pot
Materials: spare ribs, water, ginger, cooking wine, white vinegar
Practice:
1. Wash the spare ribs, let go of water to blanch, blanch away the blood floating foam, and then wash with water.
2. Add the right amount of water in the pot, add the ribs, cut a few slices of ginger, a piece thrown in, and cook over high heat.
