How to make peach cake
Ingredients
200g plain flour, 60g fine sugar, 110g vegetable oil, 30g eggs (the remaining brushing liquid), half baking powder 5ml spoon, 1/4 spoon of baking soda 5ml
Method
1. Mix fine sugar, vegetable oil and egg liquid together and stir evenly.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda, pour into the above liquid, stir evenly, and knead into a dough.
3. Divide the dough into several balls, then flatten them on the baking sheet to form small round cakes.
