Habits of white shrimp
White shrimp is very adaptable to the environment. It can survive in the environment where the salinity is less than 32‰ and the water temperature is 2℃-35℃, even when the water temperature is 3℃ below zero. In winter, there is a habit of burrowing and hibernating. The diet of white shrimp is diverse and extensive, and the content of protein is not high. Both animals and plants can be fed with low-grade granular feed, which has a wide range of sources. White shrimp has strong reproductive ability, and females can lay eggs continuously. The breeding peaks of white shrimp in culture ponds are April-June and August-September, with May-June as the peak.
