1. Peel 500 grams of pork leg, 200 grams of water chestnuts, 300 ml of oil, one egg, 20 ml of rice wine, and 5 grams of salt.
2. Method: Prepare minced pork, water chestnuts and eggs.
3. Crush the horseshoes and then chop them into fine pieces.
4. Crack the eggs into the minced pork, add salt and rice wine.
