The common way to do this is to boil it in a pot.
1. Clean the small fish and drain the water, heat the pot, pour 1 tablespoon of corn oil into the pot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant. 2. Pour the small fish into the pot and shake the pot gently to prevent the small fish from touching the pot. 3. Keep the fire on for about 1 minute and then pour 3 large bowls of water into the pot. 4. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
