How to make spinach vermicelli
1. Prepare 350g of spinach and 2 sheets of vermicelli. The vermicelli is made of sweet potatoes, so it looks a bit dark. But nutritious.
2. Break the vermicelli into several pieces and soak them in hot water. Because they are not cooked well when fried, they must be soaked until soft.
