1, compressor running but not cooling: the high-pressure output buffer tube in the compressor is broken, or the screw fixing this tube is loose, resulting in the high-pressure tube not exhausting and the low-pressure tube not inhaling, resulting in the refrigerator not cooling;
2, refrigeration system problems: the refrigerator refrigerant leaks or lacks fluorine, no refrigerant evaporates to absorb heat, and the refrigerator temperature does not drop, so it cannot be cooled;
3. Capillary blockage: frost in evaporator. Generally speaking, the air-cooled refrigerator has only one evaporator. When the evaporator is frosted and cannot be melted, it blocks the air outlet, and the cooling capacity cannot go out, resulting in the refrigerator not being cooled.
Common solutions:
1, check the compressor: you can check whether the motor coil is burnt out, and finally check the starter. Sometimes the overheat protector is working, and it takes some time for the compressor to cool down before starting;
2. If the refrigerant lacks fluorine or leaks, it is recommended to call the official after-sales phone for repair and add refrigerant;
3. Check the defrosting situation of the evaporator to see if the defrosting timer is out of order. If any problem is found, contact the after-sales service in time;
4. In daily life, check the common functions of the refrigerator regularly, and contact the after-sales department in time if you encounter any problems, so as not to affect the normal use in the later period.
