Ldquo Lanzhou Lamian Noodles & Face; Rdquo, and. Ldquo Shaxian snack. And so on, the owner of a shop can call it this name, and so far no one has heard anyone say that these shop names infringe on anyone's interests.

However, because many shopkeepers carry forward the word Xiaoyao Town, they are eyeing business opportunities and want to take the fruits of victory on themselves.
The main purpose of the association is money. It is said that they can settle the matter privately with the shopkeeper. They only need to pay them 5000 yuan first, and then pay the association 1000 yuan every year, and then they can continue to use the trademark.
To sum up, this practice of Xiaoyao Town Hulatang Association in Xihua County is really unacceptable. Xiaoyaozhen Hu spicy soup has nothing to do with them from the name to the formula, but it has the cheek to ask for money. In my opinion, such an act of safeguarding rights is simply shameless.
