Steps
1. Wash potatoes and carrots and cut into slightly thick slices.
2. Wash and cut the cabbage into large pieces.
3. Mince the green onion, shred the ginger, flatten the garlic, and cut the meat into thin slices.
4. Pour oil into the pan, add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry.

Tips
Medium heat, don’t put too much water, the cabbage itself will boil out if it contains a lot of water.
