How to prepare sea cucumbers:
1. Soaking: Soak dried sea cucumbers in pure water at an environment of 0-4 degrees. The soaking time for salted dried sea cucumbers is generally 48 hours. Dried sea cucumber is 72 hours.
2. Cleaning: Cut all the soaked sea cucumbers along the incision along the ventral surface. Do not remove sand spits, clean, etc.
3. Boiling: Add purified water to an oil-free pot and heat until it boils. Add the fully shaved sea cucumbers. The water surface should be more than twice the height of the sea cucumbers. Cook over low heat to the required hardness (depending on the taste requirements and the thickness of the sea cucumber skin), take it out and let it cool naturally, then remove the sand from the spit and the cavity.
If possible, you can prepare high-concentration salt water, boil the water, boil the soaked sea cucumbers for 20 minutes, then take them out while hot and put them into purified water to remove the salt (usually 0- Soak at 4 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, changing the water 4 times during this period), and then cook according to the previous method until the sea cucumber is soft and hard. This kind of sea cucumber is particularly effective in making sea cucumbers.
4. Soaking: Soak in pure water for 2-3 days in an environment of 0-4 degrees, and change the water 2-3 times during this period.
5. Save. Store the cooked sea cucumber in the refrigerator or freeze it. Just take it out and soften it when eating.
