The first course: hot and sour shredded cabbage
Ingredients: 350g cabbage, 2 tbsp oil, soy sauce 1 tbsp, salt 1 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, soy sauce 1 tsp, balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp, and a little dried pepper.

The third way: hot and sour potato shreds
