Bedding's daily routine is as follows:

Materials/tools: 1 radish, 15 Bedding, yellow wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chopped green onion and cooking oil.

1. Wash the betin, soak it in yellow wine and steam it for later use.

2. Wash the white radish and dice it. Put it in a pot and soak it in water. Take it out for later use.

3. Stir-fry chopped green onion with hot oil in a hot pan, add diced radish and stir-fry, then add soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste, and stir-fry for one or two minutes.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the betin, cover with radish and cook for 15 minutes.

the difference between shellfish and clam

1. The family and genus are different: shellfish is a scallop, and the scientific name of clam is Cladosporium philippinarum, which belongs to Cladosporium.

2. Different shapes: Bedin's shells are mostly disc-shaped or circular-fan-shaped, with ears at the front and back of the shell top, which are equal or unequal. The wild populations of Meretrix meretrix are located in the Philippines, South China Sea and East China Sea of China, Yellow Sea, Sea of Japan, Sea of Okhotsk and South Kuril Islands, and are widely distributed in the north and south seas of China, Dalian, Liaoning and Changxing Island.

4. Different functions: Besides being edible, the main edible part of Bedding is the adductor muscle, and shells can also be made into handicrafts. Clams are basically used for eating, and the main edible part is the clam meat inside.
