OK. There are two ways to stew bird's nest in rice soup. In our bird's nest origin, there are two flavors: sweet and salty.
Ingredients:
A bird's nest is about 5 grams, rinse with clean water and soak in water for 2 hours. Prepare rock sugar for sweet ones and stock for salty ones.
Stew method:
Sweetness: Put the foamed bird's nest into 200c.c. cold rice soup and simmer over water. Wait for 25 minutes when the water in the outer pot boils. Add in Simmer the rock sugar for 5 minutes and it can be served hot or cold. (You can add mung beans)
Salty taste: Put the foamed bird's nest into 100c.c. of cold rice soup and simmer over water. Wait for 25 minutes when the water in the outer pot boils. Add 150c.c. of broth. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste. It is more suitable to eat it hot or warm. (You can add shredded chicken, scallops, etc. in appropriate amounts)
