Wash and drain the red pepper. Chop. Put it in a plate and add salt. Stir evenly and marinate for more than 1 hour. Put on disposable gloves and squeeze out the salted water. Chop ginger and garlic. Put the squeezed peppers back into the plate and add ginger and garlic. Add salt (enough salt) and sugar. Add high-alcohol liquor. Stir well. Put in a sealed jar and refrigerate (eat after 7- 10 days).
