"Tong Pangzi" Thai-style salted duck series was made by Mr. Tong Jianwu, a master of sauce making and descendant of famous chef in Qing Dynasty. On the basis of inheriting the ancestral secret technology, it is refined by integrating modern scientific production technology.
The raw materials of salted duck in the company's factory are all from the pollution-free Jiangnan No.1 quality duck naturally stocked in Dongting Lake area. At present, the company has developed more than 40 series products such as sauce duck wings, sauce duck neck, sauce duck legs, sauce duck tongue, sauce beef, sauce plate fish, sauce plate qianzi and sauce plate lotus root. In 2004, it passed the ISO900 1:2000: 2000 quality system certification and obtained the national food quality and safety production license (QS). The technical standard of the enterprise was determined as "the local standard of Hunan cooked food" by Hunan Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision.
