Method of making lotus root powder: 1, fresh lotus root is washed, peeled, cut into pieces, put into a bowl and soaked in clear water 1 hour;
2. Put the diced lotus root together with the water soaked in the lotus root into a blender and break it;
3. Pour the beaten lotus root juice into a small pot and keep the lotus root residue as a lotus root cake;
4. Add some water to the prepared lotus root juice and cook until it is translucent. Keep stirring during the period to prevent the pot from being burnt;
5. The cooked lotus root starch can be eaten with proper amount of sugar.
