Origin
It is said that during the Qing Dynasty, Huang Zongxian passed through a small village in Hunan and stayed at a farmer's house. The farmer's son caught a river fish from the pond, and the hostess boiled the fish with salt. In the soup, the chilies are chopped and steamed with the fish head. Huang Zongxian thinks it is very delicious. After returning home, he asked the chef at home to improve it, and today's "Chopped Pepper Fish Head" was created.
