How to raise Agrocybe aegerita
The bag cultivation of Agrocybe aegerita can be built indoors or outdoors with plastic shade shed.

1. Construction of plastic shade shed. It should be built in the east-west direction, and the width should be 2 ~ 3 rows of shelves. Generally, the shed is 5 ~ 7m wide, 25m long and no more than 40m. The shed edge is 2m high and the middle is 3.5m high. Bamboo or wood can be used as columns, bamboo pieces can be used as arches or layering on the roof, a ventilation pipe is set on the roof every 3 ~ 5m, and doors with a width of 80 ~ 100 cm are set in the north-south direction. Cover the roof and shed with 8-wire thick plastic film, and cover the roof with straw or thatch to play a role in heat insulation. Around the shed, you can use grass curtains or sunshade nets to shade the sun. Even the mushroom shed is generally 1 meter.

2. Establish a framework. Generally, the shelf width is 140 ~ 150 cm, and the shelf width without channels on both sides is not more than 70 cm, so it is advisable to operate with straight hands. Spacing between layers: the spacing between each layer is 50-60 cm, and the bottom layer is 20-30 cm from the ground. Set a shelf every 2 meters, connect the shelves with wooden strips or bamboo poles, and then discharge the bamboo pieces or strips. There should be channels between each row of shelves, with a general spacing of 70 cm.

Cultivation method

Most of the cultivation methods are clinker bag cultivation and bottle cultivation, and hydroponics is also successful.

Culture material

Agrocybe aegerita can be cultivated with all agricultural and sideline products rich in cellulose and lignin, such as tea cake powder, sawdust, corncob and cottonseed hull, but the products produced by adding tea seed hull and tea seed cake to the culture medium have natural special flavor. The best sawdust is hardwood, such as Agrocybe aegerita cultivated by poplar and willow, which has higher yield and faster mycelium growth. No matter what kind of wood chips are used, the old ones are better than the new ones. Wood chips should be piled outdoors, exposed to the sun and rain for a long time, so that the resin in the wood chips volatilizes and the harmful substances disappear completely. The cultivated Agrocybe aegerita mycelium grows slowly, with low yield and no sawdust accumulation. Adding cottonseed hull to the formula is rich in nutrition, high in protein and fat, and the produced culture medium is well ventilated, which can nearly double the yield.

Mixing and bagging

First, the cottonseed hull is crushed into rice grains, and then it is soaked in 1-2% lime water 10- 14 hours a day. After picking, add other culture materials, mix well, and bag. Tea seed cake should be crushed into powder, mixed with other culture materials, bagged and sterilized. All kinds of culture materials should be 80-90 mesh, and the old materials are better than the new ones. The cottonseed hull should be mixed with water one day in advance, covered with plastic film to make it absorb water evenly, and then added with auxiliary materials the next day to mix well, and the water content should be controlled within 70-75%. After the materials are mixed, they can be bagged (the size of the bag is 32× 15 or 40× 17- 18cm, and it is made of 5-meter polypropylene film). When bagging, it should be flat and even, and the packaging should be tight. Then, it should be tied tightly with binding wires and sent to a sterilization furnace for sterilization.
