1. Steamed fish head with ginger and black bean sauce Ingredients: ginger soy sauce, fish head, ginger, soybean paste, cooking wine, ginger, onion, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, light soy sauce, sugar.
2. Take a big fish head, pick out the fish body at the back, wash and filter the water, then marinate with wine, ginger, onion, garlic, raw oil, sesame oil, salt and cornstarch for 5 minutes about.
3. Peel a piece of ginger first and grind it into ginger paste.
4. Heat a pot, add oil and saute ginger paste until fragrant, add soybean paste and stir-fry, then add a little sugar, salt and water to boil, then scoop it up and it will become ginger soy sauce.
