Remove the chicken claws from the nails. Pick off the shrimp's threads.
Remove the navel and gills of the crab.
Cut the crab open and cut a small portion of the legs as well as the pincers.
Place the ingredients in a frying pan.
Lower the chicken claws into the pan and add hot water.
Pour the chicken claws into the casserole dish and pour in the potatoes.
Stick the crab meat with cornstarch and deep fry until golden brown.
Fry the shrimp until golden.
Simmer until browned and serve.
