Peeled mung bean 500g white sugar150g ~ 200g
Green tea powder 5g vegetable oil 100g
The practice of mung bean cake
Step 1
Wash peeled mung beans.
Step 2
Pour mung beans into the pressure cooker, add 2.5 kg of water, cover and heat, and turn off the heat after steaming 10 minutes. Boil in half an hour.
Step 3
Boiled peeled mung beans. Peeled mung beans are very easy to cook, and the pressure cooker will be crisp in ten minutes.
Step 4
The cooking machine is mashed. I directly use the stirring rod of the cooking machine in the pressure cooker for a few minutes without washing a bunch of utensils. The peeled mung bean paste is delicate because it has no skin, and it is easy to be processed into mud.
Step 5
Pour the mung bean paste into the pot, add oil and sugar and start frying. 1 kg peeled mung beans will be fried in two pots faster. Being lazy for a while is haste makes waste. You can also mix the mung bean paste with sugar and put it into the microwave oven (divided into three bowls) and heat it for three minutes, then take it out and stir it and put it into the microwave oven for three minutes, so that each bowl is heated for 3 ~ 6 times in turn. The heating time and times need to be adjusted according to the different power of each microwave oven. After the water in the bean paste evaporates, it is much faster to add oil and stir it in the pot.
Step 6
Stir-fry the oil, sugar and bean paste evenly, boil it over medium heat and simmer it over low heat, and keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
Step 7
Stir-fry until the bean paste is dry and no longer touches the pot. When the hardness reaches the desired level, it can be taken out of the pot and cooled. 1 kg peeled mung beans The final product is 2.8 kg mung bean paste.
Step 8
Divide the mung bean paste into two halves, and knead the half with green tea powder.
Step 9
Green bean paste is kneaded into a small ball of about12g, and green tea bean paste is kneaded into a ball of about18g.
Step 10
A pit in the middle of the green tea bean paste is covered with mung bean paste. I missed taking photos, which is basically the same as making dumplings. Bean paste is easy to wrap.
Step 1 1
Just press it with a moon cake mold. I used 50 grams of square and round moon cake molds, and 30 grams of bean paste cakes.
