Speaking of stuffy eggs, as it happens, I just cooked a meal the other day. Egg stuffing is an artifact of bibimbap and cooking in Northeast China! The materials used are easy to find, and it is convenient to make, and the cost is low. The egg stuffing depends on how you want to make it, and what you want to eat depends on how much material you want to put in it, but big sauce is essential. Do you want to eat instant egg stuffing or steam it in a normal pot? Let's talk about the egg stuffing steamed in the pot first:
1. Prepare ingredients: eggs (depending on how much you can eat, usually 3-4 are enough for several people), green peppers (spicy or not, depending on personal taste, but it is recommended to have spicy, tasty) tomatoes? What I emphasize here is tomatoes. Maybe you will think that eggs are boring. Why do you want to put tomatoes? Listen to me, go back and try them, and you will know how delicious tomatoes are! A little chopped green onion.
2. Prepare seasonings: soybean oil, super-grade soy sauce, edible salt, and soy sauce (note that it is best to use soy sauce in the northeast, and raw sauce is the best. If it is really not available, replace it with fragrant sauce, which is the soul of this egg stuffing)
3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add the chopped peppers, tomatoes and chopped green onion (note that all of them are diced as small as possible). Add two teaspoons of soybean oil, two teaspoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of salt and sauce! Put three to four spoonfuls to taste! Stir it in the punch and steam it in the pot!
The second kind I want to talk about below is also recommended for everyone. If you are in a hurry to eat or are in a hurry, then this is your best choice. The method is the same as the above, except that you put a little water (two spoonfuls) in it, and you must cover the bowl with plastic wrap after you finish it to prevent the water from evaporating. Just poke a hole in the bowl (to prevent the film from bursting during microwave), and microwave it in the microwave oven for 3 minutes. It's very simple and convenient, saving 15 minutes than normal.
