The method of pumpkin flour cake
Peel and slice the old pumpkin first, and steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes. It is recommended to steam it in a slightly deeper plate.
Press the steamed pumpkin into a paste with a rolling pin, and add white sugar and flour to make it into a paste (because my baby likes to eat something soft and waxy, I make it as thick as thick porridge).
Brush the electric baking pan with sesame oil (which can be replaced by other oils), pour the prepared paste into the mold, fry until it is slightly golden yellow, and then fry the other side.
