Steps
1. Cut the purchased dried tofu into strips and set aside.
2. Cut the celery into strips, chop the ginger and garlic and set aside.
3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a large spoonful of Shacha sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the cut tofu and stir-fry for a while.
5. Add celery and stir-fry for a few times.
6. Then add a tablespoon of sand tea sauce and stir-fry evenly.
7. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
8. Pour a little sesame oil on the pan and stir-fry evenly before serving.
