Ingredients: ribs 700g?
Accessories: salt, shallots, star anise, pepper, fennel and ginger.
Steps:
1. Blanch the ribs with boiling water, remove them and wash them with clear water.
2. Cut the onion and slice the ginger for later use.
3. Pour proper amount of water into the pressure cooker and add ribs, onion ginger, star anise, pepper and fennel.
4. Cover the lid and turn it to the meat button.
5. After the stewed ribs are discharged from the pressure cooker, open the lid, add appropriate amount of salt, stir well, cover and keep warm for a while.
You can enjoy it when it is served.
