working methods
1. Broccoli and cauliflower are broken into small flowers and blanched in hot water for later use;
2. Cut the carrot into triangular pieces and reserve the radish;
3. Make sauce with soy sauce, salt, sugar and starch for later use;
4. Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add ginger and stir fry. Then add broccoli, cauliflower and carrot and stir fry. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry twice. Then add radish in small water and mushroom essence. Stir fry twice to serve.
