Practice:
1, most of the bought tripe are not cooked, so to re-cook, in order to maintain the visual white effect, to remove the tripe on the things you think unclean. Rinse with water, then put into a pot with a tablespoon of wine and cook until the tripe is cooked. Strain out and chill.
2. Slice the tripe into pieces about the size of your thumb. Onion cut into slices, green pepper cut into slices. Onion ginger cut.
