Main ingredients Strawberry Lemon Yellow Single Crystal Rock Sugar Liquor
Step 1: Select fresh strawberries that are about to mature, wash them gently, remove the stems, drain the water, be careful not to damage them fruit. Wash the lemon (use half) and slice it into slices. Set aside.
Step 2. Put the strawberries into the wine vessel, add white sugar and lemon slices (first spread a layer of sugar on the bottom of the jar, then put a layer of strawberries, then sprinkle a layer of sugar, and then put a layer of sugar on the bottom of the jar. Strawberries, and so on...this way the sugar is more evenly distributed~), and fill it with white wine.
Step 3: Cover and soak, and place in a cool place for about 3 weeks. After the strawberries have decolorized, take out the strawberries and lemon, and you can drink it. It will taste best after being left for another 2 months.
ps 1. Only high-strength wine can extract the color and aroma of strawberries. You can use sorghum wine or Swedish lime-flavored vodka.
2. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can use single crystal rock sugar.
3. After soaking (3 weeks), the flavor of the fruit has been basically extracted and is no longer needed, so be sure to remember to take out the pulp. Otherwise, if you continue to soak it, the color of the wine will be cloudy, which will affect the perception.
4. Don’t waste the strawberry pulp taken out. You can mash it, add sugar and honey, and make it into jam for consumption.
