1. Frequent urination due to kidney deficiency: simmer 2 to 3 walnuts in ashes, take the kernels, and chew them carefully before going to bed. Take an appropriate amount of rice wine once a day for 5 to 7 days.
2. Neurasthenia: 30 grams each of walnut kernels and black sesame seeds, 60 grams of mulberry leaves, crushed into mud into pills (each pill weighs 3 grams), 3 pills each time, twice a day.
3. Kidney deficiency, tinnitus, spermatorrhea, low back pain: 2 walnut kernels, 7 Schisandra chinensis seeds, 20 rickets berry, chew carefully before going to bed, take with honey water, once a night, for 5 to 7 days.
4. Urinary tract stones: equal amounts of walnut kernels, rock sugar, and sesame oil. Boil the sesame oil first, add walnut kernels, fry until brown, remove and grind into powder and put back again, then add powdered rock sugar and boil until it becomes a paste.
