Preparation materials: 1 black-bone chicken, 1 fresh Hericium erinaceus, 3 slices of ginger, 2g of Lycium barbarum and 5g of red dates.
first, the first step is to clean the black-bone chicken, chop it into pieces and set it aside for later use, as shown in the following figure.
2. soak the prepared Hericium erinaceus and clean it, as shown in the figure below.
thirdly, put black-bone chicken, Hericium erinaceus, red dates, medlar and ginger into the casserole, as shown in the following figure.
fourthly, add a proper amount of clear water, and after boiling on high fire, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
5. Add Lycium barbarum to the pot, cook for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and season with salt, as shown in the following figure.
