Hot a frying pan, and then cut the beans into pieces. Wash and dry the dried fish

Heat a frying pan, arrange the cleaned and dried fish in the pan

Fry them until slightly softened

Drizzle half a cup of water along the sides of the pan, and arrange the pickled string bean segments on top

Sprinkle a spoonful of chopped chili pepper and julienned ginger

Spread a spoonful of chopped chili pepper and julienned ginger over the top of the pan.

Cover the pot and simmer until slightly reduced

Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and toss to coat

Out of the pot
They are ready to serve.
