How to make egg and scallion cake?
Boiled water and noodles, I use freshly boiled water, stir with chopsticks while adding water, almost all of them become flocculent without dry flour as shown in the figure, then knead into smooth dough (if the dough sticks to my hands, sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board), cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 5 minutes.
