Good practice 1: raw materials: canned sweet corn (available in the supermarket), raw flour, custard powder, oil seasoning: powdered sugar (you can replace it with white sugar if you can't buy it) Tools: pot, basin, colander, spatula 1: First, open the can and pour it into water (slightly drained), and at the same time, burn the pot (this is very important or it will stick to the bottom). Custard powder (as long as most of them are hooked) and drained corn are put in and mixed evenly (until no corn is covered with raw flour). Take out the stirred corn with a colander and remove the excess raw flour. 3. At this time, the oil is also burned (if you are not sure, it will immediately float in the oil, indicating ok). Find a clean basin (dry water) and pour out the heat. Leave a little oil in the pot, put the corn in the pot, smooth it by hand (generally 1-2 corn trees thick), and burn it (while burning hot oil). The cake is basically ready (keep shaking the pan to prevent it from sticking to the bottom when burning). Pour in all the hot oil and bring to a boil (the tortillas have floated). Fry for a while like fried dough sticks, and wait for the cake to change color slightly. If it is hard, immediately turn off the fire and put it in the oil 10 second, and then take it out with a colander (if there is no colander, you can use two scrapers, but be careful). 4: Cut into small pots and sprinkle some sugar to eat (this thing should be eaten while it is hot).
Practice 2: fry and bake a little corn and cut it slightly with a knife. Then, add a little butter, sugar, two yolks and coconut milk. If you want a stronger coconut flavor, you can add a little coconut milk. (Note that only a part of coconut milk is poured in the picture, and more needs to be added. )
Similarly, milk and milk-flavored corn are burned together. If you want milk thicker, add a little condensed milk. Add proper amount of flour and mix well.
Then put it in a pot and bake it ~ ~ ~
Take a pan with or without a little oil in it. Pour the batter into the pot and simmer.
