The correct way to soak the King of Hearts in wine is as follows:
Tools/Materials: King of Hearts, rock sugar, glass jar, salt, white wine.
1. Fresh hearts contain seeds, and the seeds need to be removed to keep only the calyx part.
2. To remove seeds, you can peel them directly by hand or use a core removal tool.
3. Rinse the red peach calyx in a basin, add an appropriate amount of salt and soak for ten minutes, then rinse 3-4 times.
4. Remove the dry water.
5. Dry properly.
6. Place a layer of hearts and a layer of rock sugar in the washed and dried glass jar to the middle of the jar.
7. Pour in liquor above 38℃ and store it for about a month before drinking.
