Prepare the bread machine measuring cup, measuring spoon, and electronic scale and a variety of ingredients needed;
Put in the bread machine in the order of liquid, solid, and finally the yeast, and if it is a common cooking oil is added together as a liquid category;
The bread machine is a separate kneading, fermentation, and raw dough function, and then fermentation once about 40 minutes or so. If the dough is well fermented, it will not shrink or collapse when pressed, but if it does not, it is not fermented well;
Buns only need to be kneaded and fermented for a second time.
When the dough has doubled in size, remove it from the oven and place it on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces.
Roll the dough into a circle with a thick center and thin edges.
Place the buns on a steamer rack and let them rise for a second time. When the buns have doubled in size, add 2cm of boiling water to the steamer and start steaming.
Steam for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
