Ingredients: 4.5 tomatoes, fruit cucumber 1 root, shrimp 150-200g, half lemon, garlic 1 petal, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and appropriate amount of spicy oil.
I use buckwheat noodles, just like instant noodles. After boiling water, I poured it on the noodles and soaked it for 10- 15 minutes.
