The delicious and simple way to make oyster meat is as follows:
1. Clean the fresh oyster meat.
2. Sprinkle sweet potato powder and pepper (the amount can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation), and stir evenly.
3. Stir the chopped green onion and chopped green pepper into the oyster meat. (You can mix garlic sprouts or leeks here. I only have green peppers at home and use them as substitutes).
