Materials
Main ingredients: fresh lilies, dried lotus seeds and small fragrant pears
Ingredients: mineral water, Yunnan brown sugar
Method
1. Put the lotus seeds in a pot with cold water and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes.
2. Wash the pears and cut them into pieces. After 10 minutes, put the pears into the soup for about 2 minutes.
3. Add fresh lily and Yunnan brown sugar cubes for about 1 minute before serving.
