20g dried coriander leaves.

1. Remove excess grease and leftover meat from the steak, as shown in the following figure.
2. Apply cooking oil first, then sprinkle with fine salt and Chicago gravy. Put the front and back of the steak and marinate for 4 hours.
3. Slice garlic, chop onion, butter and dried coriander.
4. Preheat the pan, pour in the oil, add the steak, check whether the bottom is burnt yellow after 40 seconds, then turn the steak over and fry the other side until it is burnt yellow.
5. Add garlic slices, shallots, butter and dried coriander leaves, and sprinkle a little black pepper after simmering.
6. Then pour it on the steak, so that the fried steak is ready.
