Exercise:
On the first day, fill a large pot with water, add abalone and soak for one night. Abalone will turn white after soaking.
The next day,
1. Wash abalone and remove the hard pillow from its mouth. Add the water covered with abalone into a large pot, bring to a boil, and simmer (about 15 minutes), turn off the fire, and remove and wash the abalone after cooling.
2, put water in the pot, add ginger, onion, wine to cook slightly, then add abalone to cook for fifteen minutes, remove abalone and pour out the soup.
3, change the water (a lot of water), add abalone, chicken legs (I usually use two chicken legs to peel and cook), a few scallops, boil to a low heat, cook for four or five hours until the abalone is soft and thorough.
4. Take the abalone out and put it on the plate (you can scald two dishes if you like, it doesn't taste good, but it looks good).
5. Use oyster sauce, horseshoe powder and a little water to make a sauce. Take a pot, a small fire, a little oil, add the sauce, thicken it and pour it on the abalone.
