How to make yuba roast pork (simple and hassle-free version)
Soak yuba until soft and cut into sections.
Cut the meat into pieces, marinate with soy sauce, salt and cooking wine for a while. (To save trouble, I stewed the meat in a pressure cooker for ten minutes so that it can be cooked later)
I also added carrots to make it look more beautiful, but you can leave it out if you find it troublesome.
Heat the oil in the pan, add the meat and stir-fry, then add the carrots and stir-fry.
Then add yuba and stir-fry. Season with salt and soy sauce, add water and simmer.
It will simmer in five to eight minutes, just add chopped green onion.
