Milk-flavored corn tortillas
Step one: prepare the ingredients. 200 grams of cornmeal, 80 grams of flour, 20 grams of milk powder, 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast powder, 2 eggs, and appropriate amount of water.
Step 2: Mix all the powders, break the eggs into the basin, then slowly pour in an appropriate amount of water and start stirring. (If the cornmeal is thick, you can sift the cornmeal in advance.)
Step 3: Stir until the batter has no particles and is as thick as yogurt. Then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes. The batter will have a little sour taste after it rises.
Step 4: Heat the pan, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan, and start cooking over low heat. (Be sure to use low heat, this is very important.)
Step 5: After one side is set, turn it over until both sides are golden brown.
