List of ingredients:
* Half a chicken (this time with a chicken rack)
* A coconut.
* wax gourd right amount
* Proper amount of Radix Adenophorae (or Radix Codonopsis)
* A handful
* A handful of lotus seeds
* 4 slices of ginger
* 2 red dates
* Peeling 1 piece
Production steps:
1. Cook the chicken in boiling water until it bleeds.
2. Put the ginger slices in the right amount of water, and cook the red dates (the red dates are pitted) with the peel.
3. Open the coconut and pour in coconut water (be careful when opening the coconut, just break a small mouth).
4. After the water is boiled, add the chicken and the remaining soup. Cut the coconut meat into small pieces, put them in and cook together.
5. Boil for 30 minutes, then add Lycium barbarum.
There will be oil slick on the soup. If you don't want to be so greasy, you can skim off the oil slick first and then add a proper amount of salt to enjoy it.
This soup tastes really super sweet and nutritious. You can also use this soup as a hot pot soup base!
